The Right Way to Use Grinding Stones:

1. First ,melt glue ,put JONG-AN grinding stones onto iron plates to fix grinding machine.
2. Average R. P.M. of grinding stones is usually 800--1300.
3. Grinding pressure ranges from 3 to 15kgs depending on the makes of grinding machine .
4. JONG -AN grinding stones are completely water-proof for grinding through water or oil .If using circular water ,the filter net is required to protect the surface of the copper.

Characteristics:

1. Won't cause leakage  while grinding .
2. Won't leave copper wastes on grinding stones while grinding copper rollers.
3. Can attain required brightness.
4. Will decrease wastes and increase grinding speed.
